If an unopened eSIM is accidentally deleted, it can be reissued from the application.*

*If the expiration date is already displayed, the eSIM has already been opened. If you are unable to reissue the eSIM and the eSIM has been deleted, we will not be able to provide a refund.

*A separate fee of 200 yen will be charged for reissue.

(1) In the Trifa App Select a plan from "My eSIM".

 (2) Select "How to Setup" > Re-issue
 (3) Check the precautions carefully,✅  "I have read and understood the above precautions. "
 (4) Select "Proceed to Reissue Procedure"
 (5) Select "Select a payment method" and set the payment method as Apple Pay or credit card.

 (6) Complete the process by "Confirm Reissue".* *Cancellation after purchase is not possible.

 (7) A new plan will be added to "My eSIM". The old plan will be marked as "already used." Please proceed to the activation of your new plan.
