■ Payment fails

If you are unable to complete your payment, there are various possible causes as follows: 


1. your credit or debit card has expired 
2. you have exceeded the daily withdrawal/spending limit set by your bank or credit card company 
3. the billing address and phone number you entered do not match the billing address and phone number on your credit or debit card 
4. to prevent fraudulent activity 
5. your credit or debit card balance is insufficient to cover the amount of your bill 


Please contact your bank or credit card company or try using a different credit card.
