■ "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user" on my APN settings (Android)

 "Access Point Name settings are not available for this user" 


This message may appear on the "Access Name Points" settings on carrier-unlocked Android devices when the APN settings was not auto-completed.


To fix the issue, please manually add APN settings.


1. [ Settings ]

2. [ Network & Internet ] 

3. [ SIM ]

4. [Select trifa's eSIM ]

5.  Scroll down, [ Access Point Names ]

    1) Tap on the [ + ] mark

    2) Name:trifa

    3) APN:< Enter APN code from this list >

    4) Tap the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner and select “Save.”


*Please insert the code with lower case letter


6. Restart your device
