This is a guide to what to do if you are able to get a signal but cannot use the Internet as shown in the image below.
Please check the following three points.
(1) Check if "Data Loaming" is turned on.
1. open the "Settings" application
2. select "Cellular"
3. select the eSIM purchased from Trifa
4. Turn on "Data Roaming"
(2)Reset (or set) APN settings
Please follow the steps below to reset your APN settings once.
1. Open the "Settings" app.
2. select "Cellular"
3.Select the eSIM you purchased from Trifa
4. select "Cellular Data"
5. select "Reset Settings" at the bottom of the screen
1. if your plan requires APN settings, please enter the specified APN code in the "APN" field.
2. If the connection does not open, please try restarting the device.
3. Check if "Mobile Data Communication" is turned on.
4.Please check if the signal icon in the image below is turned on.

(4)Reset the network settings
1. Open the "Settings" app
2. Select "General".
3. Select "Reset" at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select "Reset Network Settings"
1. please be careful not to confuse this with "Reset all settings" or "Delete all content and settings" which are also available on the same screen.
2. Please note that this will reset your wifi settings to their defaults and you will need to reconfigure them.
