1. Spam folder 


The user registration completion e-mail and receipt are automatically sent to your registered e-mail address. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder. 



2. If you are logged in with an Apple ID 
 

When you register an account with Apple ID, an email address with the domain "@privaterelay.appleid.com" may be registered. 

You can check your registered email address in "Account" -> "Profile" in the Trifa App. 
 

The email address with the domain "@privaterelay.appleid.com" is a randomly generated email address when "Private email address setting" is enabled in your Apple ID settings. 
 

Emails from Trifa will be forwarded to the email address registered in your Apple ID. If you do not receive an email, please check your Apple ID's email forwarding settings. 
 

Please refer to Apple's support page for details on how to set up the settings.
