To use a eSIM, your device must be SIM-unlocked (carrier-unlocked) or SIM-free.

Please follow the instructions below to confirm that your device is SIM unlocked.

If your device is carrier-locked, you may use online unlocking procedures from carrier's website.

For iOS:

1.  Open "Settings"

2.  Select "General"

3.  Select "About"

4.  "Carrier Lock" : if you see " SIM locked ", please get in touch with your to unlock your device.

For Android (ex. Pixel):

**Settings may be different on different model/device.

1. Open "Settings" app

2. Select "Device Information"

3. Select "SIM card status"

4. If "SIM lock status" is "Allowed", the SIM lock has been removed.
