■"Couldn't activate service" is displayed on the Pixel device.

This is a bug that can be seen on some Google Pixel devices. 

You must enable the eSIM feature on your device before you can activate your new eSIM package. 


1. open "Settings" and select "Network and Internet". 

2. tap the "+" add next to Mobile Networks and select Download SIM. 

3. if you see "Do you want to use 2 SIMs?" Select "Yes" when prompted. This will update to allow installation of any eSIM profile on the device. 



Once the above is complete, you can read the eSIM QR code and activate it.
