■ How to Check if Your Device Supports eSIM (iOS/Android)

There are two ways to verify if your device supports eSIM:

1)Check via the app

Open the trifa app, go to ‘Account,’ and tap on “Find out in 30s” in the top right corner.

2) iOS :

1. Open "Settings"

2. Select "Cellular"

3. If you see "Add Mobile Plan" or "Add eSIM" in the middle of the screen, the device is eSIM compatible.

2) Android (ex. Pixel) ：

1. Open "Settings"

2.Select "Network ＆ Internet"

3. If you see "Add Network" or "+" in the SIM field, the device is eSIM compatible. The display may differ depending on the models. Please check with your carrier or manufacturer's website.
