■ The program does not proceed from "Activating".

・For customers using iOS, there are cases where the Triffa eSIM remains in the "Activating..." state and does not proceed. 



・The activation process may take a few minutes to a few hours to complete activation. Please wait for a while. 



・If the activation does not complete after a few minutes, try restarting your iPhone. If the message "Activating..." is still displayed immediately after restarting, please wait a little longer.  (it may take several hours). After the activation is complete, it will automatically switch to "On.” 



・Please connect to Wi-Fi, etc., and check if it turns "ON".
