① Check to see if the area has good reception.
In rural areas, such as mountains and seaside areas, and in urban areas, such as inside buildings and underground, the signal may not be received and the line may not be connected.

Please check if you can use the service in an environment where it is easy to get a signal by moving from one place to another.

② Turn on/off the Airplane mode.

 Turning off the communication once and then turning it on again may improve the communication. Tap the airplane icon in the Control Center to turn it on or off.

Countries and regions covered by the plan you purchased

Please check if you are staying in the country or region covered by the plan you purchased. (You can see the country name of the plan you purchased in the list of "My eSIM" in the Trifa app.)

④ If you are not automatically connected to the provider's network.

For iOS:

 iPhone "Settings"→"Cellular"→Trifa eSIM→If "Select Network" is blank, your provider may not have been selected.

If your iPhone "Settings→"General"→"About"→"Network" is also displayed as "Unavailable".

Please set your provider manually and check if the antenna is up and the signal is reaching you.

<Manual setting of provider>

■Is it possible to choose/select the network provider for the line?
