Trifa's Australia Plan provides access to the following two providers 

・Telstra Mobile 

・Optus AU

Currently, Triffa provides service by connecting to the provider with the stronger signal in the area where you are staying. However, depending on the environment, this design may not work, resulting in slower transmission speeds and unstable connections. 

If you experience such problems, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please try switching providers manually as described in the following procedure.
